Which platforms does Newton connect to?
WooCommerce and Shopify out of the box, any system through our REST API, and WordPress or any website for content. Magento is coming soon.
How fast can I get started?
Technically it's one line of code on your site. Including setup, answer review and branding, most customers go live in about two weeks.
How does it know what to answer?
It reads your website pages, FAQs and the documents you give it, and for e-shops, your product catalog. It answers only from that information; what it doesn't know it says honestly, and you'll see it in Insights to add it.
How is it different from a classic chatbot?
No rigid scripts or buttons. It understands free text, keeps the conversation context, recommends products by need and knows when to hand over to a human.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, one-off: €180 for company websites, €290 for E-shop Starter and €490 for E-shop Growth/Scale. It covers catalog connection, training the assistant on your content, branding and testing. Setup is free with an annual contract.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
The assistant never stops. Each extra conversation costs €0.10, capped at €100 per month, and we alert you at 80% and 100% of your plan. If you regularly go over, we'll suggest the right plan.
How secure is my data?
Each business has isolated data, integration keys are stored encrypted outside the public API, and the widget only runs on domains you approve. Servers are in the EU.
